Moong Dal Dosa

* 1 cup Green moong dal (whole or split)
* Ginger - small piece
* Garlic - 2 cloves
* Green chillies - 4
* Salt to taste
* Rice flour or Sooji (1 tablespoon)
* Oil to cook
* Red chilli if you like spicy

Directions

1. Soak dal overnight.
2. Mix dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt in a blender to form a paste.
3. Remove in a container. Add a little water so it's easy to spread.
4. Add rice flour or sooji to mixture
5. Check salt and spice.
6. Heat tava and add 2-3 drops of oil
7. Spread a spoonful of dosa batter and sprinkle little oil.
8. Cook both sides to make them crisp.
9. Serve hot with chutney\ketchup\pickle.

Note: This is a very healthy recipe full of proteins. It does not require any fermentation of batter, hence easy to make.
