Gajar ka Muraba
A very simple way to preserve carrots in sugar syrup
Ingredients
* 0
* Vote
* 1 kg carrots
* 1 1/2 kg sugar
* 1/2 tsp vinegar
Directions
1. Peal carrots and wash, then boil them for about 5 - 6 mins
2. Strain all water and pour sugar over carrots
3. Keep them over night add vinegar.
4. Now boil them again til the syrup become little thick (no need to add water)
5. Keep in air tight jar
